Bennington Lake April 15th, 2008

MerryLynn, Priscilla, Kim, Jene (Ginger's sister) and Ginger walked Bennington Lake on Tuesday April 15 and found many signs of spring. It was rather cold and windy but some nice birds were found. A Bewick's Wren nest containing several begging chicks was located and the Osprey seem to like the dead snag on the south end of the lake and the Tree Swallows are utilizing the newly installed nest boxes.
